I have never written a review on any business before but had to share my feelings on this one.
The owner of Cali Nails has an absolutely terrible attitude towards her customers. She is rude, ungracious,(even shouted at me) and with this approach makes the hour in the salon incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I would never go back, and given she always appears to be empty, I guess I am not alone. Today I found a great new salon on Essex Road called Spa Nails, where the owner is an absolute delight and I had a really enjoyable hour as well as a much better nail job!!
