Tamy's Nails

Was very impressed after visit on Saturday afternoon - treatment was nice, in polite way. All looked good. Until Monday morning when found that my nails slowly loosing charm: nail varnish running away. At the moment one nail lost half of cover, but another 3 are in the queue. My happiness lasted one day.

I've been a customer at Tamy's nails for the past 20 years and have never been disappointed by the service. Tamy has several loyal staff who have worked with her for years and are all excellent at their job including Tamy herself. She is very committed to keeping up with current trends for nail colours and designs and provides a huge range in the choice of colours Her staff/nail technicians regularly keep up to date with training She constantly updates equipment e.g. pedicure chairs, manicure stations and the decor inside the shop. I have recommended her shop to personal friends over the years and they all agree the service is excellent. She has built up, throughout this time, a very loyal customer base.Thank you Tamy we're very pleased to have this service in Leytonstone.

AWFUL! The owner was very rude, impolite and extremely ignorant. While the owner was making my nails, she without any reason or apologies, or manners stopped my manicure and took my things to someone else - I never saw anything like that. And a girl, who started my nails after her, said that her boss glued too big tip on my nail and she started to push it hardly to take it away! When it was glued! DANGEROUS and really PAINFUL! I took my hands away from her. And the owner came to us and said to me "to not talk too much"! SO AWFUL! I'm out of words! I never saw anything like that and I'm never coming back! Be aware of this place

The staff and particularly the manager are VERY rude and my shellac peeled after less than a week. Do not go here if you want good customer service!!!!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. Different day, different treatment. You can walk in and just a out scrape a hello and acknowledgement, which I find quite rude. You can wait for ages, only for the person who came in after you, to be seen to first. It's ridiculous. Some technicians are pleasant and better than others. My shellac peeled the following day 3 weeks ago. I came again as I like to give places a chance, doubt I'll go back.

Very friendly staff. Loved the results and quality of their services. I will definitely be coming here from now on to get my nails done.
