Envi Nails

Got to the shop and asked for a full set of acrylic nails. Firstly, the man did not prepare my nails correctly and also used a liquid which was not meant to touch my cuticles as this resulted in my cuticles burning. The powder liquid used was also on my fingers so the nail was stuck to my skin which was awfully painful and the woman had to file it off which resulted in my skin being filed off. Furthermore the man had applied the powder liquid very thick and so it is now bumpy and had not filed it down for a more natural effect. Very unimpressed, will not be going back.

I went on Xmas eve expecting to have nice nails. I was very wrong. I only wanted a manicure on my own nails which they charged me £10 for. The staff didn't spend much time on my nails before painting them. When painted they missed most of my nail and one part wasn't even covered.

Avoid if you want nice nails. Worst manicure ever!!

Do not got here!!!1 £25 for cheap looking nails that don't last long. I got my nails done here and was surprised that the man doing it seemed to busy chatting to pay any real attention to my nails. They weren't buffered very well before hand and they looked very false. I was told that painting over them was fine but when I did this and subsequently removed with acetone free nail polish remover, the nails looked awful. After 3 weeks the tips started falling off. Worst £25 I've ever spent for quite frankly cheap looking nails and disinterested staff.

I first tried this place for a set of acrylic infills in early summer 2010. Although I had booked an appointment the woman kept me waiting nearly half an hour. Subsequently I went to other nail bars because of that unsatisfactory experience, although the infills themselves were OK. I decided to try them again very recently. The husband of the team saw me, and this time I was having a new full set of acrylic nails. He prepared my natural nails very badly - no work on the cuticles etc. Within the space of a fortnight, 2 of the tips had fallen off. Also the paint job was very unprofessional - patchy and uneven. I would expect a higher quality of workmanship, this nail bar being in the wealthy area of Wanstead where I'm sure people expect good quality work. In summary, I would never go there again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.
