Anna Nails

The owner was very aggressive and did not listen to what I wanted. I was a bridesmaid at a wedding the following day and whilst at the wedding two nails dropped off, considering they had only just been put on. she also charged me £28 pounds that included a £5 tip. I explained that I did not want to pay the £5 tip as I wasnt happy with the service. she took my mobile phone off the table and held it until I payed what was due. I was very angry and upset that she did this, as gratuity is optional. I would not recommend this place to anybody. there is a much better service 10 minutes walk from annas nails. I was extremely disgusted.

I went into anna nails because i wanted to get a nice design on my nails, when i went in i was greeted by a lady who I could not understand? She was quite nice but got a bit moody after a while. I got a hand design which only costed 3 pounds but it was a clear coat with a design. the next time i went i got a colour and a design and then she charged me 5 pounds? Then i went another time to get a clear coat and a design she charged me 5pounds!! Im not saying thats expensive but they need to sort out their price list. but i seriously don't recommend it i only went in a lot because i wanted to stop biting my nails and now i barely go there i STRONGLY don't recommend it... And it isn't good quality at all and It's always quite empty.

they provided the "service" straighaway because they had no clients. no wonder why...they made my nails look unnatural and very thick. They used the electric file in such way that my nails started to burn and even i said it, she stoped for the moment and then continued in the same manner. in a surtain point, a man started to work on my nails...i did not know anymore who shall i address my opinions...even though my opinions did not matter for them. very dissapointed, i went in another salon the day after and took the nails off. it incured extra cost, of course.
