I was overcharged first minute it’s £34 after my nails and toes were done it’s now £57 like what?!
I asked for an infill and just jel polish on my toes so why the hell was I charged that much? I get the £3 extra for length BUT I wasn’t getting a full manicure only infill so they shouldn’t have charged me that price as that was already the length I had on. They should put the accurate prices on the walls and not shout out the prices they want you to pay Kmt.

Right, in the event a business is opened for business you'd expect your customers to leave satisfied and feel that the money was well spent.

On this occasion, I've never felt more regret in my life whilst spending money. I've lost money before but not felt as awful as I did spending my money here.

Customer service is 2 out of 10

I understand English is not everyone's first language, it's not mine either but to sit there and then abruptly shout across the room in your language whilst you have 3 customers it's actually appealing.

The cheek this guy who worked there basically stating you need to pick quickly because there's other customers waiting (you can say this to a customer but have some dignity and respect), I was selecting whilst he was preparing my nails so I thought that was incredibly rude.

Hygiene is 2 out of 10
They re-use the same brushes, nail filer and everything else and it appears to be rarely replaced, the desks where you do the nails were filled with powder and I question myself, what was I even thinking sitting on those chairs.

Price
Prices are literally on the wall, I'd still say its cheaper than some places and yet I was charged £3 more on the spot. The infills on the wall with gel polish state £24 and without it's £17, I don't know where the £3 came from as the minute I had my nails shaped, I was done. I didn't even bother to stay to get my nails painted, I left and walked straight into a different nail salon.

Service
Unsatisfied, nails were not cleaned, I suffered pain due to the drill and the shape didn't suit me at all.

The only positive spin of this is that the customers were actually friendly to me, THAT was the only thing that made me calm. Just because I'm having a bad experience doesn't mean everyone needs to but if I was there alone with these lot, I'd shut the place down.

I do not recommend this place to you or anyone else, find somewhere else before you walk out with half the job done.

I've decided to go to a shop, get myself a nail filer and nail polish and bish bash bosh. Be done with it. It's a matter of time before this place, gets shut down.

Really bad customer service and not welcoming at all. Wastage of money and time

Rude, bad customer service.

Unfortunately, I was left with a bleeding cuticle.
There was no customer service...they kept talking in Chinese and made me feel really uncomfortable.
One of my nails was cut down to my skin so the woman told me to cut all the nails down to this size which I refused.
Then whilst drying, I noticed air bubbles on a couple of my nails. When I asked for it to be looked at the woman got annoyed and starting huffing and puffing something in Chinese. The woman sits on the end chair...I hope she reads this and reflects as this is the second time I have experienced poor service from this place.
