Me and my partner are buying our first property through Male and Wagland and have not had a good experience. Reception can rude and aggressive over the phone, and in person are unprofessional. All processes with them seem to be dragged out, taking longer than necessary and making mistakes(this confirmed by my financial advisor) and communication lacks during the process. When discussing this with friends and family I've been informed they've also had bad experienced with them and their Barnet branch also.
The service is no where near up to standards for the money they charg
