The service we received from Unsworth Rose was absolutely appalling. It too nearly a year to sort out a simple lease extensions which should really have taken no more than a couple of months.

Throughout our dealings with them we had to constantly chase them for updates, the worst of which was us having to argue that the total payable of the invoice didn't match the statement of accounts. This took serveral months before they conceded the figures were both different before we could then proceed with payment of the correct amount. A simple double-check of the documents they sent out would have eliminated much of this painful correspondence, alas, attention to detail is an alien concept to them.

In summary, I would advise very strongly against using their services unless you have a year of your life to waste!!
