Dear all,

While I cannot review all the accountants at this firm, I would highly recommend you do not use Nicolas Charles the son of the owner. He promised to me he would be able to lodge my tax return on time. (98% of the work had been completed only the depreciation aspects of the company return had to be calculated.) After failing to lodge the return and receiving a fine from HMRC he advised me the return had been lodged when it had not. Then in trying to switch firms he has failed to provide professional clearance to my new accountants.

The delay is now 5 months. Despite repeated polite requests from both myself and my new accountants he has failed to reply. The HMRC fine is now up to £300 and I am no closer to getting my first year accounts lodged.

Please be careful before using this firm. I made the mistake of not getting a referral to an accountant, and chose this firm based on it's convenient location.

Big mistake.
