I have been using this dentistry for 4 years now they staffs are very professional and always ready to help and answer enquires and services delivery is excellent.

Never going back again

Okay so I have called up and the lady ann behind the desk told me she
doesn’t want to speak to me, when I haven’t been rude at all and
this is very poor behaviour. She got the dentist to call me and told
me she overcharged me because of an appointment fee not a left over
balance. On the receipt it says professionalism but I got told
otherwise. Now the dentist won’t answer and I am getting very
stressed out. This is not professional at all and never expected this
from a dentist. Getting overcharged and then getting spoke to in a
patronising way. The dentist that done my appointment is calling me
but the quality of the work is so rubbish my tooth has been shaved and
feels so rough. I don’t know what to do but to take this up with a
higher level As you guys have stated above.
