I had a dental hygine appointment at the Brook Street Branch following a general check the week before. I was late for 15mins due to problem on the tube and I was told that I would still pay £95 and have to leave in 30mins even if my procedure was not complete. And this, despite the fact that I had waited for my appointment the week before and not made a fuss and I am the customer here. Naturally I have cancelled the appointment.
