Absolutely brilliant.
Restored my faith, after having such bad experience with my regular dentist.
I was about to give up, but was recommended Whitecross dental care.
I was very nervous, but Recevied a warm and professional welcome from the receptionist.
The dentist/s was brilliant, root canal and bridge. Both pain free and achieved within a short space of time.
Very happy and confident with my new smile.

To improve there appointment system to make it more flexible and to stop cancelling booked appointments. Stop changing dentists who practice at surgery. Every time you see a new dentist you have to go through another examination, is this necessary as they already hold your records and it costs more money and wastes time. Staff are very abrupt and unhelpful. Will definitely be changing my dentist.

I can't comment on other people's experiences but mine have been excellent. I find the administrative staff efficient and helpful and give 2 text reminders about appointments. I have used only one dentist at this practice over about two years (at least 4 visits) and she, Tania, is excellent. So far, I'd say that she, my first woman dentist, is as good as the best dentist I've ever had - and I'm in my sixties so I've been around the clock.

Awful dental surgery. Horrible service and as someone has already mentioned they are not easy to contact. The staff turnover has got so bad, that the remaining ones are not pleasant at all. A simple routine checkout had the dentist almost choking me. The hygienist is even worse so don't bother.

They are always keen for me to have a bridge installed as one of my back teeth was removed a while back. However, due to the cost and the poor sevice, I'd rather fly abroad and feel like I've got a service I've paid for.

Also, I have to mention, that a few years ago, a fight started in reception.

What a JOKE!! I'm off to find another dentist.

Didn't bother to answer their phone; apparently not open on a Saturday. Imagine they're closed on a Sunday, too. People get toothache on weekends as well as weekdays. Very poor.

The dentist is good however due to poor customer service from reception staff, this surgery is a mess.

They arrange appointments which have not allowed sufficient time for the actual treatments!
It is a great inconvenience when you arrive for your appointment and are told nothing can be done within the time slot.

After having to make another alternative date at reception, (more headache getting time off work) the last thing you expect is a call back to cancel the appointment you just made and having to re-schedule the re-booking due to the exact same mistake again!

Only join if you don't mind having your time wasted.

poor communication skills and bad customer service. Staff turnover is high so the nice ones that are there end up moving on. It's very sad as this use to be a very friendly dental surgery.
