Peckham Dental Centre

I went to see hieginist today for stain removal and polish. Costing roughly £60 for 30 min appointment. I booked 9am appointment. The hygienist was 15 mins late, was incredibly painful when removing stains and the tool she used kept being too hot and burning side of mouth, then when polishing she only did front ones on outside. I looking in the mirror and saw loads of stains still and she said I need to book a longer appointment. I then checked the time once I'd left and I was still meant to have 8 minutes left! So I went in to complain and was told I'd asked to leave early which I did not. Then I was told I can come back at 1.30 to have it finished but would have to pay extra. Never go here it's a shamble and terrible customer service. Never again!!

The hospitality towards patient's is good but I would recommend going to a much more higher advanced dentist. Because I had an experience where I had a really big overbite and they told me it was my jaw out of place which it really wasn't. And my daughter I was supposed to get braces about 5 years ago but the the dentist said that needed to contact the orthodontist so that they could transfer her there yeah but that still hasn't happened and my daughter is getting older now and she's not gonna be able to get braces free while she's young. So one thing I think they should work on is taking action towards the patients but other than that the dentist is quite nice.
