I was very disappointed with there services, I was passed on to Abby dentist after a call to 111. My son was in alot of pain, he had a extra piece of wire digging into his gum from his braces, and all the dentist needed to do was snip that extra bit of wire off to reduce the pain but unfortunately the practice did not have the right tools to do somthing so simple and we was sent home saying they cannot help us, I then had to buy a wire cutter and do it myself, It was ridiculous!!!.

The dentist was so nice and he did a good job. The treatment was not painful at all. The only thing that disturbs me is the poor equipment especially for the X-ray. Other than that everything works fine for me. Thanks Dr K. For saving my tooth ?

I am absolutely shocked how they get away with the service they provide. The Dr I saw had no people skills, came across like she had to rush me and she actually did rush my check up and wouldn't clean my teath even though it included it with the price I paid. She told me I needed root canal but had to make a decision on the spot and she did not allow me to ask any question just wanted me out! Like a another person said they are only surviving because of the people on benefit go there and can't speak good English and neither can the doctors.

I called around 5.53pm to try to book an appointnment but was told to call back the next day as they had switched off the system. if the closing time is 6pm would it hurt to process a call which wouldnt have taken them past 6pm? ridiculous.

They will damage your teeth, AVOID
This practice has really bad dentists, they only survive because of the people on benefits who use them for free and they get to claim hundreds from the NHS, I went there, they damages two of my teeth, i have since found out other people have had the same experience from all of the dentists at this practice. AVOID.
