Dental Surgery

This is Under new management. I didn't have an appointment the first time. The receptionist was the most helpful. She had me seen immediately. The dentist herself was lovely. Explained everything step by step. Can't fault them, would highly recommend them.

I booked my appointment with them over the phone, i thought that everything was fine until i attended on the date i was given to co,e in, i got there and they had no details of my booking and i had to fill in this form which wasnt needed. Ended up leaving due to waiting to long to be seen.

I was worried before my appointment as I hadn't been to the dentist in years, but he quickly put me at ease. I was seen within a few minutes and was given lots of advice on oral hygiene and brushing technique. I left with my teeth looking and feeling better then they had for a long time. Overall I was very happy with my visit.

They are absolutely unprofessional and do not go there. You get a 5 minute cleaning and then if you have a claim form to be filled, you better be prepared to wait at least 2 weeks to get a couple of signatures out of them. Unbelievable.
