Very poor service - don't want to do anything or spend money in pursuing freeholder's obligations.

Dreadful company. This company never respond to messages. Its a constant battle to get them do anything. I can't understand why any landlord would ever want to use them.

Gr8 service we live in North London and we find the service given and any queries are dealt in a professional and quick manor, I am truly surprised about the level of anger directed towards Marcus King but I do think that these are isolated complaints.

Awful and disappointing. We live in a building that is managed by Marcus King. I fully agree with the postings above.Phone calls go unanswered and staff are very unwelcoming. If you need paperwork (eg selling house or transferring name on deeds) this will go unattended, risking the mortgage offer lapsing. Ongoing poor maintenace concerns in buildong.Consider them a liability to your home.

Absolutely the worst management company I have ever dealt with. Very poor and slow communication - phones not being picked up, emails not being replied to, misleading and frequently erroneous information given. Please avoid Marcus King & Co at all costs.

We lease a retail space, which is managed by this company. They are the worst we have ever dealt with. They never respond to phone calls, letters or e-mails; the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude; and they are just plain useless when it comes to any sort of work they may have to undertake. We cannot understand how they are given business by landlords. Our advice is do not lease any property managed by this company - it is a complete waste of time and effort.

Absolutely dreadful company. Currently leasing a property from this agent and having issues with certain things. This company does not want to help. None of the staff have a personality, they are arrogant and rude. It is unacceptable that they do not want to do their jobs and help their clients with any issues. It's ridiculous as to how lazy and obnoxious they are. Avoid using these agents at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible company. Staff are rude and obnoxious. I would give them 0 marks out of 10 but there wasnt that option for this review. They never reply to any phonecalls or letters. Ive had a problem with my property for months now and am getting nowhere. Avoid these people. They dont deserve any business.
