Rickmansworth branch : Not a very friendly or helpful agency, always looked down on us as renting tenants. Got the feeling that they didn't even want us in their offices whenever we stopped by to pay the rent. They even went so far as to speak slowly as they obviously thought we didn't have the brain capacity to understand them.
Would not recommend the Rickmansworth branch at all.
