Had ENT assessment with a very odd male technician (Greek-sounding name). Had NO interest whatsoever in my problem & had made his mind up from the get-go.

This guy needs a refresher course in manners & empathy.

Very unpleasant experience!

I had an ENT appointment there. This place is waste of time. After six months I got appointment here Dr literally spent 4 minutes. He was not interested to hear anything about my disease. He had pre-planned assessment in his mind. I'm really disappointed. NHS should not waste money over that place. Here no professionalism. No sympathy for Patients. I wish I could give them negative star.
