Plashet Medical Centre

Very long waiting time- my appointment was at 7:30pm but I wasn’t seen until after 8. I was even the only patient in the centre at one point and still wasn’t seen. Service should be much quicker, there are no excuses when it’s not even a busy day.
Doctor seemed very impatient and even took a phone call during the consultation.

A good improvement in the practice is seen. All the staff very friendly and supportive.

Dreadful service, cannot get an appointment (have been trying 3 days now)for an acute condition which urgently needs an antibiotic. Not only that, I was told its not their problem and they wasted my day telling me to come at 9am and when I did was told I will be seen on Monday. Totally uncaring and I will definately NOT use them again. I will be re-registering with another GP ASAP. They also need to get reception staff who have more discretion so you are not told to announce to the entire waiting room your personal medical details. I will have to go to A&E after work tonight.

Being at this surgery,one needs to be very very patient as they have called my partner about a week ago to get her medical reports. when she was there this morning, the lady on the reception told her that the person who called is on ANNUAL LEAVES and she can not do anything to help her.My partner insisted that she has requested for the reports 1 month ago and has been constantly calling for an update. The receptionist became very angry and refused to help any further. Totally annoying as this surgery NEEDS SOME ENORMOUS CHANGES to call itself a SURGERY. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED BY WHAT WE GOT !

This so called medical centre is absolutely ridicules, the staff are very rude and ignorant, It is almost imposable to book a appointment because of their useless answering machine with a annoying female voice not detailing their opening times.

I hardly use this centre unless I have to and am looking for another; on many occasions they have lost my prescriptions and even written an appointment date and time on a scrap of paper. The management should be replaced as soon as possible.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are clearly useless people who don’t give a damn about anyone let alone patients.

I'm registered here and have generally found the receptionists really rude, always rushing to get rid of you and once you've arrive for the appointment, you're left waiting an average 20 minutes and the receptionists always speak to you condescendingly.
When you call there's no information on the one-way answer machine about opening times and on how best to book to make an appointment.
Doctors are ok I suppose.

plashet medical centre has a really friendly atmosphere which put a lot of patients worries at ease the staff and doctors alike are caring and see to you promptly plus the waiting time to see a doctor very reasonable. I have no complaints with any aspect of the centre and would recommend it to anybody. the receptionists always have a nice smile and a kind word for all the patients
