I enjoyed my time in the shop because the staffs attended to me with great care and the owner of the shop welcomed me with a friendly smile which made me feel comfortable as the previous shop I had entered, the owner had a not so welcoming face which made me feel unwelcomed. also the quality of the products I bought was good because they were fresh products. to improve his store, I think he should think of rearranging as the shop looked a bit too packed with items therefore leaving little space to move about
