I have known Sean for nearly 30 years and he has looked after my watches that whole time. He has repaired them, replaced batteries and straps and even sold me watches. My highlight after a hard day was a 15 minute visit to Sean on the way home for some light relief. He is an absolute master of his craft and I wish I could get in touch.

Hi, I would be grateful if the above reviewer could connect me to Sean? He is not at Piccadilly anymore - I don’t think - and I’m keen to ask him if he can look at a manual watch of mine. He has repaired a watch for me previously that’s 50+ yrs old and has been faultless since. I would be most grateful.

I cannot believe the last comment! Sean has fixed and serviced my watches (tag/omega) for the last 20 years. He is helpful, skilful, very competitively priced and best of all amusing.

I went to Watches To Go when the plexiglass dome on my vintage Longines cracked. After taking my watch to numerous other watch repair shops and getting ridiculous quotes and time scales, a friend told me about Sean.

After taking it to him on a Monday morning he said he didn't have the right size and that I should come back the following morning after he'd picked the right size up on his way to wok. After about 15 minutes of waiting in the queue, he had the dome waiting and literally took around 3 minutes to install a new one.

I'm absolutely delighted to have found this man, and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a trustworthy watchmaker looking over their time piece!

When I graduated from uni 20 years I bought an expensive (and beautiful) watch as a gift to myself. A few months ago it broke down for the first time. I went to Debbenhams and the quote they gave me was so ridiculous high I could almost buy a new watch. I was devastated and thought I would never be able to save my beautiful watch. A friend told me about Sean and today I went to pick up my watch and to my surprise I paid less than £20 and the repair came with 2 years warranty.
I couldn't be happier not only for my watch, but for the privilege of meeting an extraordinary man. One of a kind and a true master of his trade. Thanks, Sean! La Pasionaria

So pleased I read these reviews & visited today. There was a queue of 4 people already (at 10.30am) so I waited about 15 minutes.

Excellent service and I loved the banter and sense of humour which came as a free gift! Very reasonable price for a battery replacement and I will make a special trip there if I need to next time. It was a pleasure to watch a craftsman at work and I felt very confident in handing over my precious watch to him.

Sean has serviced my watches for over 20 years, he's looked after my TAG and Rolex Oyster plus my son and wife's watches. As detailed in other reviews he is dillegent about his work, well priced and trustworthy - there is no one I'd rather use. He's one of a dying bread of craftsman so I hope he doesn't retire too soon.
Having read the comment at the bottom of these reviews it couldn't be further from the truth - Sean is far cheaper than Watches Of Switzerland and the last battery I had fitted lasted two years if not longer.

Best watch service in London. Always a queue which demonstrates the service quality provided.

A real craftsman!
He is simply the best watch repair specialist in London!! Don't be surprised if there is a queue outside his quaint booth, but that's just a sign of his loyal following.

I had a new stainless steel Seiko watchstrap fitted to my Kinetic Chrono this afternoon and Shaun was patient and expert in his approach - not a scratch on it.

Sean is a law unto himself... A total one off.
A complete genius, a master craftsman.
I have been getting my watches repaired by him for more than 20 years.
A great guy to do business with. Sean is very reasonably priced and an honourable, authentic man. That's why I now come up from the Country to get my automatic watches repaired and join the long queues at lunch time... A true testament to his work.

A really good guy! Brilliant at his job and an interesting character too. Just don't take him too seriously and give him some banter back! The only part of the negative review at the bottom I agree with is that he is from a bygone era - he takes pride in his work, has a real passion for it and often doesn't charge anything at all. The first time I used him he charged me £20 for a repair which took him a week (a tricky job!) and a new strap. I was quoted £125 just for the repair by In Time in Debenhams. The two people I dread retiring the most are my dentist and this guy. A rare breed!

Highly recommended, really a fun sweet guy who has always repaired my 2 Cartier watches with a lot of care and first class service. Amazing, reasonable charges, know locally by all with the highest regard and respect. Can not find fault and have been visiting him for the past 6 years for my watch repairs. A gem in the heart of London.

Hey Folks!

I Met Sean back in the day after being frustrated with the rip off charges to Service my lovely but aged Sea Master.
I was told about Sean, and he has maintained my watches for the past 10 years
And the Chap is a real Genuine Gent who cannot be replace for his expertise.
I have even given him my old fake or copies that I wear to work so I can save my dress watches for that purpose .
And he has them all running like clock work.
For me : if you don't feel well - you visit your Doctor!
If you Watch needs a service or repair : you go to Sean. ( Simple)
He is a Top Man!

A kind genius. He has mended 3 x Rolex (1952, 1973 & 1990). Neither Rolex nor Watches of Switzerland wanted to touch the oldest 2 & the quote for servicing 1990 was eye-watering. He has also serviced an ITC for my wife. Great workmanship, wholly reliable and a thoroughly decent person with integrity & humour - even though he does read The Guardian

Have known Sean for about 30 years watchmaker trained at the jewellers used by the Queen so he knows his job friendly guy and not a shark or ripoff merchant if he was he wouldn't be sitting in Piccadilly circus tube station as for cost if you can find someone better and cheaper good luck would only trust this guy with my tag watch

This tiny little watch shop/kiosk was recommended to me.
I needed a new Cartier battery and he replaced it within 5 mins and charged me £12. Cartier would have charged £100++. And it's not just me - he had a queue of about 5 people and all seemed very satisfied.

I have had my 1930s, 40s, 50s and 60s watch collection seviced and repaired by all sorts of people over the last 20 years. I find Watches To Go extremely good value and suprisingly quick. Yes, the guy is excentric but that kind of comes with the territory and a bit of jovial banter never hurt anyone. I probably not use him for a full referb but any mechanical work - he is excellent.

I've used this guy for years for a variety of cheapish watches and also a Mont Blanc and a Cartier bedside alarm clock. He is his own person, and not your normal watch repairer, but he always gets the job done. I will very definitely continue to use his services.

He has fixed an IWC, 2 Rolex and Omega Speedmaster at very reasonable cost. He is a bit odd but I came to the conclusion that staring in the back of watch for 8 hours a day would probably do te same to me. Anyone can change a battery but if you want your watch serviced at a sensible price I would go and see him - customer service is lousy but he is less than half the price of Watches of Switzerland.

This guy has fixed my watch for 10 years and I have found the service has always been excellent and a fraction of the cost other jewellers quote for a Tag battery/repair

I'm shocked at the previous review. He fixed both my and my Wife's watch on different occasions and didn't even charge me! Nice old guy who took the time to explain why clockwork watches gain time when they need servicing. I would trust him.

Please do not trust this guy with your watch. My colleague and I work nearby and we have both got our watches' batteries replaced here. The first time the battery dies only days after the replacement but I was told it was my watch. Then, this year, I got a different watch replaced and my colleague got her watch replaced (both within the space of a month) and the same thing happened to both of us. When approached the proprietor erupted into a psychotic rant about the fact he had been there for 20 years. PLease stay clear. He charges whatever he can get away with and cannot be trusted with valuable watches. He is a shark from a bygone error. BEWARE.
