Does anyone know where exactly this is taking place so that I can avaoid it please?

The main march, organised by the Stop Climate Chaos Coalition will start leaving Grosvenor Square at 1.00 pm. From then until 2.00 to 2.30 pm people will be leaving the Square and the 'Climate Emergency' protestors will be joining them as they begin their march. The march will go via Berkley square, Piccadilly and Trafalgar Square to surround Parliament for "The Wave" at 3.00 pm. Dispersal of the protest is expected by around 4.30 pm

In a nutshell, I'd say stay out of central London if you want a stress free day.
