Moving to London with cats

Hi Everyone,
We would like to move to London with my boyfriend and our 2 cats and we are looking for a place to live somewhere north or east London, or outside London, but we still need to get to London easily to work. Can anyone tell us a nice place where are lots of green everyvhere, which is save and is a great place to live? And can anyone help us, how can we find a place to rent with pets?

I don't know how open you are to moving south of the river. I'm looking to buy property at the moment so have done a fair bit of research.

Greenwich is lovely if a little pricey but you can get into the city in about 15 minutes via DLR/overland/underground.
Clapham is popular with young couples.
Dulwich/East Dulwich

Up north Acton/Ealing is nice but it's over to the West.

Naturally it's a little more expensive on the north side and you'll get more for your money in areas where there's overland rather than underground.

All the areas I've suggested are safe and very green (I've got a dog and I live alone so it's very important to me.)
