Parking outside of London - North

Hope someone can help, I'm wanting to come into London for the day, probably a Saturday or Sunday and don't want to drive into the centre of London.

I'm coming from the north and was hoping to park somewhere cheap and get a train or tube into the centre.

Given that it's the school holidays and likely to be busy at most car parks where's the best place to park on the weekend?

You could try the Brent Cross Shopping Centre. It's right at the end of the M1, you can get a tube or bus right into the centre from Brent Cross station.
