London Web Radio
London Web Radio is an internet radio station that plays the UK Top 40 Singles (updated late Sunday/early Monday) 24/7. Can be heard on any computer or any Android device that runs 2.2 or higher. If you want to be heard by thousands of people, send a recorded message (email address on site) which says " hi i am yourname and you are listening to London Web Radio" and it will be added in the UK Top 40 Single playlist. Sorry I'm afraid I don't get it.. how is it a London station if it's playing the UK's Top 40, and why would you only want to listen to the Top 40 all week? Have I missed something? :-?

Sounds more "Web Radio" than "London Web Radio" to me. What's London about it?
