The lack of public toilets and the ever growing pub toilets with a code for use by customers only. Where exactly do we go?

yeah, it's a joke isn't it? maybe there should be a law that pubs have to let you use their loos. even if there was a charge of 50p or whatever to help cover their costs. either that or the council's have got to build more toilets. doing nothing about it does mean that people end up pissing in the streets.
