it dose not come out in the US until april 11th released by Fox Searchlight Pictures, it has no uk release date yet.
but if i hear anything with a defdate will let you know.

it depends on what premier you ant to go to....
Most only reall let some competition winners etc in but some sell tickets through charities eg: sweeney todd tickets were vailable from Great Ormand Street charity for £50
Depends on the film distributers
