Just wanted to say how very impressed I was with the ticket bookin service on this site.

i think it is important to say thanks, we are all so busy, rushing about from one thing to the next. It can make someones day to make a kind remark, or just say thank you.

Totally agree. The vast majority of what we receive is people complaining about various things and threatening to sue us. One positive comment can wipe out 20 bad ones.
I agree people do need to smile more
