Moving, wanting to know Pros and Cons

As the title says, moving sometime next year. I'm a student, 19 years old, hopefully moving into the Fulham area, council flat, college and part time work will be on the list. Previously lived in Fulham and Kilburn, so I know quite a few pros/cons, would be happy to know a couple more.
