Very friendly people with an open to public grooming area, very important the dogs all seems happy, I would highly recommend my dog is long haired and not easy to groom, the staff were so nice and very open and easy going.

Two visits so far but already really impressed with the friendly professional service and the fact they made such a terrific job! They really listened to what we asked for in the way of grooming so no shocks on pick up! Thank you Union Pets!

A really friendly, professional, knowledgable groomers & pet supply shop. I took my six month old mini schnauzer puppy for her first puppy groom here and the staff were brilliant - reassuring me and great with the dog. They rang to let me know I could pick her up early & she looked (& smelled!) fab & totally relaxed. Will definitely be going back.

I was very happy with the service here.The standard of grooming was very high in terms of care and result.Although £45 was more than I'd usually pay, I certainly got value for money.They clipped his claws, cleared fluff from his ears (often left out) and offered me the gland clearing service inclusive.They were careful to ask me about my dogs behaviour and sensitivity as well as the style of cut. I certainly had the sense that they had a genuine love for dogs.On collecting my beloved shih tzu,he looked v. smart and cute. He was proud and relaxed in his mood, and had clearly been well treated.

We are lucky to have this gem in our neighbourhood. The owners are so helpful and friendly and the selection in the shop includes a wide variety of food and other items. The grooming service is excellent - our dog is in gentle hands and comes out looking great.

Perfect costumer service

Excellent grooming service for our dog. People are very friendly and helpful. They listened to how I wanted our dogs hair cut and it was perfect. I have been to several dog groomers in London but this one is by far the best.

They are just FABOULOS !... I'm been take my Maltese to be goomed there since 2008!... And I'm never been disappointed !!!...

Grand Union Pets aren't just an ordinary Pet Boutique they make your pet and you feel 'special' they are warm friendly and you can see they have a love of all animals - plus they offer a good grooming service with that personal touch. Its also every dog's 'doggy in wonderland' when it comes to treats and toys!!

I was at Grand Union Pets last week and this shop is full of products, I could ask anything they had. The people are really friendly I did a good chat with them. I left my dog for a groom and she was beautiful after it and we got a small present as well. :) Thank U Grand Union Pets!

I am an American ex-pat living in Maida Vale and bring my Standard poodle here regularly. They do an awesome job - and I'm a fussy customer! I love the fact that the grooming salon is totally in view behind a large window - unlike other salons in London that I've tried where the dog - my baby - gets taken behind closed doors or down into a basement. They don't use cage dryers and the people here are clearly passionate about dogs. My Standard even starts pulling me into the shop when we're just passing by, so that's a good sign!
