I have been a client of RBS for over 10 years and tried many branches. Of course the services can be different, but if you want have something done- come here. The staff and the manager are extremely helpful and professional. They will do truly everything they can to assist you with your matters. Doesn't matter where I am in the world, I can relay on these people, even of sometimes I cannot rely on general RBS call-in customer services. 10/10 for the core team of this branch. Specialy the manager and very lovely polish girl.

I have on numerous occasions tried calling this branch to no avail.
I thought the company is supposed to pick up by at least the third ring.
Its difficult for me to comment on the customer service as ive never got through to the branch to actually speak to someone, thats why i use victoria branch as the customer service is very good Bond St.
