The owner and manager of this shop has no understanding of what customer care means ... .. I had recently lost my brother so couldn’t compete the saprano Ice lazer removal deal I got with group on - coldly said sorry but as 4 weeks had expired than they would no longer complete my treatments even though I paid the treatment . She showed no compassion ! Further more ,the saprano lazer hair removal that they do is not permanent , go for YAG lazer is much .

Even better if: Staff were fluent in English
Even better if: Salon Accepted card payments
Even better if: Package deals were formally signed agreements as they are vague and explained in broken English.
Even better if: you weren't pushed into buying extra treatments while you're having your hair done!

My curls lasted for just 2 seconds after I left their studio and my husband was given a typical Turkish barber shop haircut despite asking for something else.
They were polite though but I wouldn't go back.

i thought the customer service could have been better, as many people couldnt speak english this was hard to explain what i wanted. i had to wait 30 mins untill i was served and then rudley i was asked questions. i felt intimidated as i felt i shouldnt have been their. i was not even offered a cup of tea or a conversation. the customer service was poor.

excellent salon and dedicated staff. i wouldn't go anywhere else for my highlights and no one does curly blow-dries like them

The studio itself is very posh.I had my hair washed, cut and blow-dried for 22 GBP only! My hair stylist was very careful with my head, but was staring at the girls on the street while cutting my hair!
What I didn't like is that noone spoke English, all Turks. I was explaining to a girl who was translating to my stylist and at the end I had the same hair as before but shorter, which is not what I wanted. For 22 pounds I didn't want to make any problems.
Guys are nice, working good, but if they don't know what their clients ask for than there is no point in going there! It was in Harringey.
