I wanted to give 0 stars but I have to give 1 star to leave a review.

Even after giving this place a 1 star (Nov 2020) I thought I'd give it a benefit of doubt hoping there would be an improvement. Judging from my bbq chicken wings (see pic) never again will I step in this shop. Halal meat should be clean of blood. The top chicken wing is clean and white however the three below are bloody-was this BLOODY batch bought from a ghora butcher? Totally of putting!!! And 6 bbq wings for £2.50 just advertises its self as BLOODY cheap.

Honestly you don't take comments like mine very seriously, if you did then your food in the shop would have changed dramatically which is not the case.
I am not an artist that's why I took photos as evidence.
SSS Chicken Base reply says that.....
"We are also unable to verify your identity from the names of customers in our records."
My identity is my profile picture. If you take a Screenshot of it and zoom in you will know exactly who I am.
Yes indeed I am a customer and not your competition, so you are more than welcome to investigate this issue further.
I sincerely hope that ssspizza (Goodmayes) will resolve this issue immediately not only for myself who will NEVER return but for ALL your customers that you have on your so called database of records.
I will not reply to your email given as transparency will benefit everyone including yourself.

Pizza are really nice, this is my local for many years really friendly people, especially boss man

Absolutely worst customer service. Never again. Took order wrong then tells the customer to F off. Asked for a refund they say no refund. I really hope this business goes down the drain and gets bankrupt. Improve your customer service and how you talk to people.

I only eat from places I trust. I was recommended by my sister to try them. I found that their food was nice n fresh, their chilli sauce was mind blowi g best I ever had.

I've been using this chicken joint since I moved here last year... Food is very tasty but most importantly alway fresh,

Nice and friendly staff, excellent food/ pizza/chicken/fries, best pizza I've eat so far.
