Orchards of London Ealing

Do not trust Orchards of London. We bought a property through them, and asked during our viewing if parking was available. They told us we would be able to get a resident's parking permit from the council. What they failed to point out is that the building (in which they have sold other flats before) was part of Ealing Council's low car housing scheme and that resident's parking permits are not available. We now have a car and nowhere to park it. When we attempted to contact Orchards about this, they totally ignored us. We are now facing costs of £2k per year.
