This salon is the perfect spot for my regular facial and threading services. I've been a loyal customer for 7 years and have never had any complaints. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they consistently uphold high standards of hygiene.

Sneha is exceptionally talented and delivering the result that she had promised to me. I went for laser hair removal. I just finished my 3rd session today. I can see the result. I would surely recommend Adorn Beauty Atria Watford and Sneha.

Went here for individual lash extension twice once for a full set and once for infills, the full set lasted tops 2 weeks and when I got infills they literally lasted days. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!! I paid out £40 for the infills and when I called to complain they told me it wasn't their fault!!!!! I've had lashes before, I know how to look after them, please go elsewhere this salon is ridiculously expensive and provides awful quality products.

I have been to Adorn Beauty so many times and each time my experience has been fantastic. I love the professional and friendly atmosphere of salon and staff are very welcoming and helpful.
I recommend this salon to everyone who is looking for professional and affordable price treatments.

Very poor service. completely unprofessional therapist who really couldn't care less. It's not cheap and clients deserve better.

I made a series of appointments for 10;00am, but all the staff arrived way after that and i have been told they are late not ready for me. The receptionist was rude and at no point apologised. In fact when I said that I don't know if I've got time to stay for a my appointments there she said "suit yourself"! Absolutely no customer service and I would never let anyone treat me with so much disrespect so I left. You pay cheaply and you get cheap service

The staff need to re-visit training for eyebrow treatments and the company as a whole needs to learn about customer service. I had never ever experienced such appalling customer service than what I have received from Adorn. It is shocking. The people I speak to are rude and I have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund, I have had no communication from the manager or from anybody for that matter and I would certainly not recommend anybody to visit Adorn. Bad treatments and even worse customer service.

I was VERY nervous and scared of the pain from stories I heard about brazilian waxing. safia was excellent, she talked to me through the whole process and explained everything in detail. She is very friendly and very very knowledgeable and I Highly recommend her! She makes you feel comfortable and she is very down to earth! I am now a regular client of safia!!

I went to Adorn to have my intimate Waxing done and I must say best place ever. This was my second time first time I went to central London and had it done in one of the best wax bar which was very expensive as we all know high end price.
So one of my friend recommend Adorn Beauty to me and I thought lets give it a go and I was so amazed with results they used same wax as my previous wax bar. I think wax was called Lycon very shocked with price very reasonable half than what I paid and very professional and friendly lady did my waxing.
Very, very happy....

I am giving review in here so that people like me who searching good salon can find one.
I visited so many time to Adorn Beauty and I must say I love there high standard service and friendliness and I think this is the reason why they are very busy salon. I had all most everything from their menu and some of the treatment is better than bigger spa's who charge lot money and gives you the same treatment. Adorn prices are quite reasonable and say much better in comparison of their service.
Worth trying Adorn Beauty!!!! Good value treatment and very handy as you can walk in !!!

I went to have a brazilian as as I had searched for various places who used hot wax. My friend recommended me this salon as there are not many places that use hot wax and this salon was very central to my work. The therapist was very good and put me at ease straight away. The rooms are clean and the service faultless. I have been back many times since and have recommended all the ladies in my office.
