As Britain prepares for another carefully-budgeted Christmas, customers at John Lewis are taking a creative approach to seasonal decorations by making ornaments and gifts by hand.

Reviving the customs and traditions of olden times and harking back to the very origins of the festive period from the Victorian era, customers are practicing their nimble-fingered skill and boosting Haberdashery sales for the department store group
