Do not ever go here. I have made the mistake of going here twice once desperate for waxing before a holiday and a third time for eye brow threading. The staff are unprofessional, there is no customer service, or provision of quality. The waxing on both occasions has been inadequate with large areas left. Eyebrows are now two thirds thinner then they were when I walked in. I am not sure what 'i do not want them thin' meant to her, because she has left them looking like they have been drawn on with a fine liner She tried to offer me a flier for her other services as I left and I left outraged.

I have been to this salon twice for a full body massage and facial. The skills of the staff are exceptional, they're very talented and the service is great, I felt like a very special customer, everyone is super welcoming and friendly.

The only thing I'd recommend is for them to improve the look of facilities, if possible. For example, the sofa at the reception is ripped off and hidden with cello tape, which does not look good and the bathroom/changing room can be refurnished. The service in this salon is amazing, so the facilities should match the lovely treatments.

I visited Maariya's today for back and neck massage and facial! Really enjoyed it! Very peaceful. My face looks so clean I don't want to touch it! Staff were very friendly and they have some amazing offers!! Will definitely book again :)
