We dropped in on a quiet Sunday lunchtime having noticed the board outside advertising their lunch set menus. Me & my girlfriend sat down and was greeted by a far from friendly waitress who handed us the Main 'A la carte' menus. I had to ask specially for the 'lunch' menu and found a menu myself faster than the waitress found another one grudgingly for me!
We were bought prawn crackers at the beginning of the meal before we ordered which was pleasant and then awaited our meals that we ordered: The Beef Massaman curry when it arrived was over sweet and my girlfriend who has a very sweet tooth thought it was too much for her tastes. I had the Pad Kapow Gai which was a little bit bland because it was lacking the true amount of chilli normally warranted on this dish.
Overall a very unfriendly and disappointing experience in what is a very attractive part of London. For Thai food with more authenticity I would recommend the more authentic Thai cooking in some of the restaurants in Chiswick just over the river for a much more rewarding experience on the palette. However for an unremarkable meal in pleasant surroundings it is fine...

I love this place.
We live a few streets away.... and I am a weekly customer at Rim Nam.
Their Tom Yum soup is one of the best I have ever tasted... including during my 3 visits to Thailand.
Their Vegetarian platter is yummy... with the Sweetcorn cakes (which I always ask for extra) are super tasty.
The CHOO Chee Gong (King Prawns in their special sauce) is mouth-watering. Promise.
All washed down with a Singha Beer.
Perfect.
HIghly recommend.
and they discount for takeaways.

Can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. The food is excellent, delicate and authentic, and the staff and service are an absolute delight. The restaurant has a fantastic feel and atmosphere and it really does feel like you've found something special when you're eating there.
This place really does deserve to be busier, so if you live in the area please, please, please check it out!
The best Thai food and experience I've had in London, hands down.

Just had lunch here and can HIGHLY recommend it. I was a bit nervous about trying it as it always looks empty at lunch, but was very pleasantly surprised.
At £6.95, the 2 course set lunch menu is great value - the portions were a good size, the food delicious, fresh and authentic, presentation beautiful and service excellent. They also do takeaway lunch boxes for £4.95.
They really deserve to be a lot busier than they are, so if you're in the area, I recommend eating there. You won't regret it!
