Steer clear of all those vicious full-price shops this June and head to these sample sales for a bargain. Sure, you may not find many summer clothes but you can always stock up for the autumn ahead.

Designer Jumble Pop-Up – Until 31st July
Not strictly a sample sale but just as good as. Set up by the former Vogue UK editor, the Designer Jumble Pop-Up takes a spot at Westfield Stratford where it will proceed to sell the likes of secondhand Chanel, Chloe and Prada at vastly discounted prices. And you thought designer was out of reach…

Sample Hunters – 12th-15th June
Want 80% off top homegrown and international brands? Then get down to the Sample Hunters sale for the huge range of women’s clothing, shoes and accessories. Located at Dray Walk Gallery at the Truman Brewery, Brick Lane.

Designer Warehouse Sale Menswear – 13th-15th June
Hosted by Islington Studios, this sample sale proclaims itself to be the UK’s only designer sale exclusively for menswear. Not sure we believe that but it matters not. When there are heavy discounts on D&G, Maison Martin Margiela and Lagerfeld we’ll go anywhere.

Secret Sample Sales – 19th-22nd June
Ladies and gentleman, you can roll up to the Secret Sample Sale arm in arm because this one has clothes for him and for her. Hosted at the Old Truman Brewery, you’ll find rack upon rack of clothes that are restocked across the weekend, as well as shoes and accessories.

Henri Lloyd Sample Sale – 12th-13th June
Not a sailor? Who cares, with all the rain we get you don’t need to be on the water to get a regular soaking. This Henri Lloyd clearance sale is the perfect chance for men and women to pick up some waterproof fashion. Note - there will also be non-waterproof goodies from clothing to accessories.

Preen - 4th-5th July
We know… this one is not in June, but it’s close so we’re including it anyway. Preen is in vogue, celebrities like Florence Welch wear it, which means its hip. Now you can own a piece for a fraction of the price it costs in boutiques by heading to the Music Room on South Molton Street for the sample sale
