Located underneath the Soho restaurant’s iconic sweeping staircase, the Soho Ski and Rum Chalet has been designed to evoke feelings of warmth as well as a feast for the senses, from tactile furs and brightly coloured Argentinian fabrics to a bespoke dining and rum cocktail menu, alongside live music and Latin American sounds for which the venue is famed.

Decorative features of the Soho Ski and Rum Chalet include a colourful Ski lift chair for seating, cushioned logs in place of bar stools and natural materials including bespoke antler chandeliers that will hang above the seating area to create a stylish yet comforting setting and add to the alpine experience.

The rum cocktail menu offers unique winter blends created from Floridita’s extensive selection of rums, which includes some rare vintages. Those looking to recreate the après-ski experience can choose a selection of hot cocktails including Ski Break, which brings together the classic flavours of hot chocolate and rum with Plantation 5 year rum, chocolate liqueur and cinnamon; After the Storm, a quirky mulled wine alternative, created with rum and red wine; and Hot Punch, a mix of Pusser’s Navy Rum, cloves, cinnamon and honey, served as a warming winter tea.

The Chalet opens has opened it's doors and shuts them again once the spring threatens at the end of February 2015.
