Not to be confused with Eurostar stopover town Ashford in Kent, Ashford, Middlesex is located within the borough of Hounslow and is part of Londonís commuter belt. Although a number of objects have been found here that date back to the Bronze Age, the area was primarily developed from the 1930s onwards, hence the proliferation of modern semi-detached homes and villas.
