Leafy Woodford Green borders Essex and Epping Forest, therefore residents benefit from having the ancient woodland on their doorstep. This villagey suburb has plenty of attractive pubs and eateries, however unlike its flashier neighbours Chigwell and Buckhurst Hill celebrities have not chosen to move here in droves and Woodford remains modest and low key.
