The Bunga Raya Restaurant

Although we enjoyed our evening overall, we where disappinted that there wasn't enough food, unfortunatly 'most' of the hot plates remained empty all night despite constantly asking staff to 're-load'. We booked this a as birthday event for 30 people, when we got to there only 20 chairs had been set??? Very uncomfortable(tight!)...ALSO, we repeadilty asked for the birthday cake be brought out but unfortunately, 45 mins later and 25 guests down it appeared (ouchhh!)....Karaoke didn't start until 11.20pm and most of the guests had gone by then. Shame really as great staff and an overall good venue with potential otherwise - would take a 'risk' at it again.

Great priced @ £13 a head in an as much as you can eat chinese buffet. Have been here 3 times in the last year, even celebrated my 40th birthday & had a fantastic xmas do. Great party atmosphere,especially when the Karaoke comes out at about 10pm!! Friendly & wonderfully accomodating staff- Would highly recommend to all.

You can't beat this place, it's nothing fancy to look at, but the staff are really friendly and seem to enjoy working there which rubs off onto the people that eat there. The food is good, but can be fantastic when it's busy as they just keep bringing the dishes out as it's a buffet they do (£12ish), after the food they stick on the Karaoke and everyone seems to want to sing!

It's a good laugh, with good food that won't cost a fortune, drinks aren't too expensive either. It's a good place for a party, I've been to this place about 7 or 8 times! and always recommend it!

A group of us went to the Bungaraya InOctober, we were amazed at all the different dishes available, lots of dishes that we would never normally try, food waz amazingafter eats careoke started. each table was passed the mike in turn, and of course each party was trying to beat the other with their talent, or lack of it, I have booked my birthday there in December and cant waait, 10 out of 10 for party atmosphere and the same for the food, highly reccomended for a great night out,my only objection was the decor , a bit clinical, but after a few beers so what,

I love this restaurant, the food is wonderful and I try to come as many times as I can, great atmosphere everyone just having fun.
