Some may complain about the service or others about the food. Mine is about the fact that having booked a table the day before and accepted the set menu on the day we were charged £100 a head. This is the "Open Food" option.
We were never told about this on the website, on a printed menu or in person by the waiter.
Not wanting an argument in a busy restaurant we resolved to sort it out later. Big Mistake.
This restaurant has refused to respond to phone calls and e-mails. They seem content to ignore their customers.
So beware, if you are a Ma Cuisine customer and have a complaint they aren't interested in you. They don't care.
