Orpheus Restaurant

We have lived in London for 20 years, and eaten out very widely, and can confidently say that Orpheus is by far our favourite restaurant. The food is delicious, very distinctive, home-cooked and exotic at the same time, with the menu catering both for those who do and do not watch calories. The atmosphere is second to none - relaxed and friendly. We keep coming back again and again and are never disappointed! And its clear that many of the other diners are also happy and satisfied regulars. Diners at Orpheus can expect a delicious meal and a warm welcome at very reasonable prices.

We have been coming here for 30 years, we love the food , the staff are great , we have had party's , our silver wedding here etc, never had to complain or moan about a thing, and we still go here once a week.

This is a really nice restaurant in St Margatet's Richmond. Our first time using it and would definately use again. The booking was for 8 people for Saturday night. We arrived to find our table waitng for us and the restaurant full to capacity. The food was great with plenty of choice and not over-priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely evening and would definately recommend giving it a try.

We first went to the Orpheus in 1984 before heading off to Cyprus to live and this restuarant is the most authentic one I've visited outside Cyprus and Greece! The food is all home made, Meze's are very generous, the moussaka is to die for,the Stifado is the best ever, Kleftiko is heaven..nothing in Greece or Cyprus beats it!... Keo beer, Greek wine, what more can you ask for. The service is second to none, they are so attentive. Do not be put off by the decor, this is authentic home from home Troodos mountains style. Our kids love it and we just keep going back - 10 years on and it's the best - Enjoy! ;0)
