The fish and chips were nice. The platter was a little odd as the chili sauce was sweet and the salad was incongruous (the restaurant seems to have Asian pretentions?). The seafood flavors were OK.
The burger was burnt! The chips were not even cut or cooked evenly - some were burnt. They did not have Amarula in stock. Overall OK but not worth the trip.

Two of us ate there on Saturday 29 May 2010. There were plenty of customers and we were hoping for a good meal. The fried hake had obviously been frozen - you could taste this, and the fish cakes were runny, the meals were served with boiled potatoes or chips, no green vegetables - that would have been extra. So it tasted and looked bland.

A person next to us sent her fish back as she said it had 'a funny taste'.

On the plus side the chilled bottle of pinot grigio - the second bottle because the first one had to be sent back as it was corked - was good.

The waiter was friendly and discreet.

We would never go back and would not recommend this restaurant.
