I love this restaurant, came across it by accident. Have now been a dozen or so times & it's the place we take friends when they visit. The menu is mixed english/european & changes daily so you always have a good choice. The downside however is that my favourite pudding (apple & ginger crumble)is rarely on the menu. It has a small intimate family feel. Give it a try & book before to avoid disappointment

Upon visiting the "facilities" my date found someone had been sick in the toilet & not bothered to either i) clean it up, and/or ii) inform a member of staff! The service was overly brusque, until the end of the evening when our waiter noticeably cheered up! I won't be
