A friend of ours won a meal out for £600. He very kindly took a large group of friends out and chose the boardwalk. We were looking for a tapas style meal, with cocktails. The website doesn't suggest that the menu they show isn't available on weekends-instead it is a set menu of £21. Oh but there is no steak left. we couldn't negotiate with the manager even though we had already spent alot on alcohol, and were forecast to spend alot more. The restaurant was dead, but she wouldn't allow us to order snacks from the bar menu. She threatened to charge us £10 a head to leave, so we had a miserable, argumentative evening. Nice waiting staff, average food, the Manager ruined our evening.DON'T GO.

We had a great time at Boardwalk!
It's a friendly place with great atmosphere and really good value for money.
We had 2 course dinner for £12.50! The food was very nice too.
Classic tunes going on there until late!

we have been to the Boardwalk last weekend and we had great time. Food was delicious and the staff was really friendly. The club downstairs is quite small however great DJ and good fun. Thanks to all staff there. We will be back soon.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Girlfriends birthday, booked a table which was fine. After asking for our order 2 minutes after seating 10 people we asked for more time, 10 minutes later a waitress walked over spoke to no one huffed and walked off 10 minutes after that we had to find a waiter to take our order. Food arrived 25 minutes later, 2 starters in 25 minutes 1 of them cold. Main courses arrived most were cold, 1 was incorrect which they refused to change. Left 2 friends to finish and paid the bill and left, when my 2 friends tried to leave they were charged again for their food I had already paid for. Waitress was offensive when I paid...overall, bad service bad food.
