About Golden Union Fish Bar:	This traditional fish and chip restaurant with its 1950’s post war decor is the perfect place to enjoy a part of the British heritage. With fresh fish throughout the week and all pies, sauces and sides created in house, the quality is incredible and a big step up from the usual chip shop restaurant. With a liquor license and great value (£10 for main course and glass wine or beer) The Chippy is perfect for lunch and dinner. Try the Haddock and home made mushy peas – delicious!

The Golden Union Fish Bar is an independent, family-run business owned by Billy Drew. When we opened in August 2008, Billy set out to create an authentic-feeling British chippy with a modern twist. From the beginning we’ve worked hard to give every single customer great quality home-made food and fast, friendly service.

To celebrate the British fave, fish and chips, and serve it in a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. We believe that the best fish and chips should always mean tasty home-cooked food that won’t break the bank.

All our traditional favourites - fish chips, pies, fishcakes and sides - are of the finest quality and cooked to order. And we’re fully licensed, which means you can enjoy a beer or wine with your meal if you can’t quite fit in a home-made milkshake!

Our fish bar heritage means we’re also great value for money and our special offers make meals even more affordable.

great place to take the kids after a hard days shopping or even stop off for lunch before venturing out again in to Oxford Street . Highly recommend .
