Dreadful, dreadful service. We've eaten there before and the service has always been a bit offhand, but this time beat all other experiences. We'd booked a table, they were busy, and, fair enough we had a ten minute wait. We sat down and were given menus, but having waited for at least 20 minutes without even being offered water, having been ignored by the waiter twice in favour of people who had arrived after us, we just left.

We were a table of six, we waited over 1 1/2 hours for our main courses & when they arrived they came individually. Therefore 2 people had nearly finished their meal whilst one person's meal still hadn't arrived.

We were at Genzo;s on Saturday night. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our main course to be served whilst several tables around us who came in after us had finished their meals. We asked the servers several times what had happened to our order and were told it's co

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Also, an improvement on the previous restaurant in terms of quality of food. Must try the Kleftiko, Whitebait, Seabass, Sea Bream.

Lovely food, welcoming staff and a very nice interior.

The Kleftiko was amazing, Calves liver was very nice. We had a selection of starters which were really nice, especially the Kalamari, Whitebait and Prawns.

I totally recommend it, and will be visiting again.

Nothing comapared to what the old place was like, very often like a ghost town, food not that bad but service leaves a lot to be desired. No atmosphere, very much needs the presence of a host instead of flapping waiters.... a great waste of what was once a terrific place to eat out......

Excellent.

This place is a true find.

The owner and staff are very friendly and one feels like he is eating at family, rather than in a restaurant. The food is predominately greek and presentation and taste is exceptionally good.

One must try the mousakka, I have not tried one this good in 20 years!

It is very competitive pricewise and our bill (4) never exceeds £80 for a 3 course meal with a bottle of the house wine.

It is either very busy or very quiet so its advisable to book either way the service and quality goes unaffected.

This place is the champion for Good greek food.
