An unexpected treasure in NW10
At first glance, the section of Harrow Road that winds into Willesden appears to have little in the way of drinking or eating, however persevering down this gloomy, traffic-congested thoroughfare yields an unpredictable treasure – a tapas bar, of the authentic kind, where you can sip a cold Estrella and have a complimentary dish of tasty pork belly and crusty bread delivered to your table to nibble on while you watch Spanish pop videos on the big screen. Despite its billing as a Galician eatery, the menu includes paella and classic tapas dishes such as spicy potatoes and Manchego cheese. The wine is served in elephant-sized glasses, the waiters are smartly dressed in waistcoats and the tables have cute red tablecloths and neatly folded napkins; it’s French bistro chic meets Galician tapas in London. In Willesden, to be precise. Like finding a hose pipe in the desert.

Me and my family (7 total) visited this restaurant on Sunday afternoon and although the food was good,having to wait over 2 hours was unacceptable and the attitude of the waiter's was disgraceful and we wasn't the only table that was complaining..never again.

Last sunday we went a group of 12, mostly spanish people. The food was AMAZING! was like eat at home, made by my mum, really tasty, yummy!
The waiters were really friendly, really paying attention to our needs, all the food came quick and we absolutly love it! had a great time, can't wait to go with my boyfriend next time!! :)

Booked here for a birthday party having eaten once before & enjoyed the food. This time however I honestly can't recall whether the food was any good or not because the music was so ear-splittingly awful and loud. 70's spanish synthesiser crap played by some 60 year old crooner. Our table was at the back of the room & we could only talk to the people sat directly next to us, not opposite. It was clear from looking around the room that others were having the same problem.
Oh & the service was pretty shoddy too - the waitresses were too busy dancing to notice little things like a table full of customers trying to grab your attention. I even went onto the dance floor to ask one of them to take a drinks order, still to no avail. A previous reviewer mentioned booking a table downstairs for a "quiet meal", I'd suggest phone first to see when the death-by-synth starts.

Seems you had a bad night, but giving this place a 1/10 shows your bias and bitterness. Relax, give it another go and go easy on the personal insults to the performers. Try The Ritz next time where you'll get the 5 star service for 10 times the price and a 1/5 of the portion sizes.

The only place to enjoy real Galician food in London. Also serves good choice of other Spanish dishes at very reasonable prices.

I am from Galicia so sometimes I am too harsh on Spanish Resturants but this place is amazing. The food is great and very reasonably priced. The service is excellent and the atmosphere very authentic.
I absolutely loved it. I had a great time and I am definitely coming back.

I find out about this place throught a friend that comment that was a very nice and pleasant restaurant so i decide 2 go 4 dinner on a saturday night i just loved it high quality food average priced and a warm ,friendly staff and plus burned a few calories on the dance floor.
